Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
Instead of the standard FZ/T 93060-2003 "nonwovens carding machine" compared with FZ/T 93060-2003 major technological changes
as follows.
--- "Types and basic parameters" in the form of increased carding and outgoing type, remove the cylinder speed and apply materials, working width cylinder
Value increases 4000mm a file, modify the value of the speed of 20m/min ~ 180m/min (see Table 1, Table 1 of the 2003 edition);
--- Modifies the value of the radial runout of the outer cylinder and doffer cylinder axis is press A, B are two types of request (see 4.2.2,
4.2.4);
--- The cylinder's allowable imbalance requires to balance quality grade requirements (see 4.2.3);
--- Increased radial runout require high-speed cylindrical roller clutter on the axis (see 4.2.5);
--- Added taker straightness and surface profile requirements (see 4.2.6);
--- Increased its clothing requirements (see 4.4);
--- Increased its transport network curtain requirements (see 4.5);
--- Increased sealing requirements (see 4.6);
--- The "security requirements" made reference to the new standard of editorial changes (see 47, 2003 version 4.4.);
--- The "web unevenness CV≤3.5%" was changed to "web unevenness CV≤3%" (see 492, 2003 edition 4.7.);
--- On the sampling methods to detect web uneven has been modified (see 5114, 2003, version 5.8.);
--- Increased work load test requirements of the work environment [see 5.3.1c)];
