Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces FZ/T 93054-2010 "Rotor spinning machine carding roller", and the main technical changes compared with FZ/T 93054-2010
as follows.
--- Added marks and parameters (see Chapter 1, 3.2, 3.3, Figure 1, Table 1, Table 2, Table 3);
--- Improved the requirements of the end face of the roller body for the end face circle runout of the common axis of the bearing (see 4.1b) 2));
--- Improved the variation requirement of the distance between the tooth tip (needle tip) and the common axis of the bearing (see 4.1c));
--- Improved the radial circle runout tolerance requirements of the outer circle of the transmission wheel on the common axis of the bearing (see 4.1d));
--- Modified the requirements for the solid connection between the rack and the spiral groove (see 4.3d));
--- Modified the requirements for the split-type combing roller ring gear and roller body (see 4.4);
--- Increased the plating requirements of the rack teeth (see 4.8).
