Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces FZ/T 93015-2010 "Rotor Spinning Machine". Compared with FZ/T 93015-2010, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Increased the spinning range of the rotor spinning machine (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2010 edition);
---Added the classification according to the driving method and the discharging method (see 3.1, 3.1 in the.2010 edition);
---Adjusted the contents of some important parameters such as the design speed of the rotor (see Table 1, Table 1 of the.2010 edition);
---Increase the reference to the established standards of the spinning device, and adjust the relevant requirements of the spinning device accordingly (see 4.2.1, 4.2.1 of the.2010 edition);
---Adjusted the index of the vacuum degree of each thread-drawing tube orifice of the whole machine (see 4.2.1.2.1, 4.2.1.1 of the.2010 edition);
---Added the requirements for the vacuum degree of each nozzle of the whole machine (see 4.2.1.2.2);
---Adjusted the index of the feed shaft, yarn take-up roller and winding roller face runout (see 4.2.2, 4.2.2 of the.2010 edition);
--- Adjusted the requirements for the temperature rise of the transmission system bearings (see 4.3, 4.3 in the.2010 edition);
---Adjusted the noise index of the whole machine (see 4.4, 4.4 of the.2010 edition);
---Adjusted the power consumption index of the whole machine (see 4.5, 4.5 in.2010 edition);
---The safety requirements for the whole machine have been added (see 4.8);
---Added the central controller should set the network management data communication interface requirements. (See 4.6.2.4);
---According to the above changes, the test methods or test requirements have been adjusted or added (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of the.2010 edition);
---Adjusted the inspection rules (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the.2010 edition).
