Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces FZ/T 60007-1991 "Carpet Test Method". Compared with FZ/T 60007-1991, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Modified the scope of application;
--- Adjusted normative references;
--- The test conditions and sample preparation are listed as separate chapters, and the standard atmospheric conditions are changed to GB/T 6529;
--- Deleted Chapter 3 test items;
--- "Pillar" changed to "pilling"
--- Deleted the items of shrinkage rate, grease content, color fastness to rubbing, color fastness to light, color fastness to washing, color fastness to water
--- The length, width and strip weight test steps were adjusted to Appendix A, and the weight symbol in formula (A.1) was changed to mass symbol;
--- Increased uneven length test;
--- Increase the non-recoverable elongation test according to FZ/T 60008;
--- Increase the bursting strength test according to GB/T.19976;
--- Deleted Appendix A of the original standard.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the test method for blanket quality.
This standard is applicable to blanket products such as pure wool, wool blended blankets, raschel blankets, chemical fiber wool-like blankets.

3 Test conditions and sample preparation
3.1 Atmosphere for humidity control and testing
The atmosphere for pre-conditioning, humidity adjustment and testing shall be implemented in accordance with the standard atmospheric regulations in GB/T 6529.
3.2 Sample preparation and cutting
3.2.1 The whole blanket sample is unfolded and exposed to the standard atmosphere, and the humidity is adjusted and balanced for 24h.
3.2.2 The whole felt sample is used for length, width and hair removal test.
3.2.3 After the length, width and hair removal test, the samples of the remaining tests are cut according to the provisions of the corresponding standards.
The test part.
3.2.4 Any sample should be cut from at least 10cm away from the edge of the blanket.
3.2.5 The cut sample is fully exposed to the atmosphere for pre-conditioning, at least 4h. After the pre-conditioning, the sample is fully exposed to the standard
Adjust the humidity balance in the air for at least 16h. Acrylic and polyester blankets can be directly conditioned in a standard atmosphere for at least 6 hours without pre-conditioning.
