It is mainly placed in front of doors of bathrooms and toilets. Depending on the place of use, it plays various roles such as decoration, pollution resistance, water resistance. Dimensions are not specified. Note: Mats are different from block mats. Block mats are mainly placed in the center of the room or in a certain part of the room. Most of them are decorative pattern products, which have different sizes AND are often used as mats on top of the mats. 3.2 Static slip resistance The maximum frictional force as reflected is the anti-slip ability, at the moment when an object in a static state on a horizontal plane is moved. 3.3 Coefficient of friction 6 Test method 6.1 Appearance quality Inspectors shall carry out visual inspection and hand feeling inspection on the mat surface, mat edge, mat backing, according to the requirements in Table 2. 6.2 Internal quality 6.2.1 Test conditions (unless otherwise specified) The standard atmosphere for humidity conditioning and testing adopts the standard atmosphere for secondary testing, which is specified in GB 6529, which as a temperature of (20 ± 2) °C and a relative humidity of (65 ± 3)%. 6.2.2 Humidity conditioning (unless otherwise specified) Before the test, under the standard atmospheric conditions for the test specified in 6.2.1, put the mat surface of the specimen upwards; place it flat and in a single block; keep the humidity conditioning for at least 24 h. 6.2.3 Specimen Cut the specimen, according to the method specified in QB/T 1087. 6.2.4 Fiber type and content of mat surface When fiber content analysis is required, the test shall be carried out according to GB/T 2910 or GB/T 2911, based on different components. 6.2.5 Pile thickness and pile length on mat base The pile thickness shall be tested according to QB/T 1555. The method of measuring the length of the pile is to insert a small ruler with a scale into the pile to the base of the mat; read the length of the pile, accurate to 0.5 mm. 6.2.6 Pile mass per unit area on mat base Carry out the test according to QB/T 1188. 6.2.7 Mat dimensions Make measurement according to the method specified in QB/T 2214. 6.2.8 Color fastness to light: xenon arc Test according to GB/T 8427. 6.2.9 Color fastness to rubbing Test according to GB/T 3920. 6.2.10 Color fastness to washing Carry out the test according to GB/T 12490 (test condition A2S). 6.2.11 Anti-slip performance Carry out wet friction test, according to ASTM F 609. Change the dry friction to wet friction as required. Put the specimen on the test plane. Use distilled water as lubricant, to conduct the test. 6.2.12 Antimicrobial activity Antibacterial properties: Test according to AATCC 174-II. Standard strains for the test: American model strains are used. - Gram-positive bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus, bacteria number: ATCC 6538. - Gram-negative bacteria: Changed to Escherichia coli, bacteria number: ATCC 25922. Anti-mildew properties: Test according to AATCC 174-III. The standard bacterial strain used in the test: Aspergillus niger, bacterial number: ATCC 6275. The above-mentioned strains shall be provided by the National Culture Collection and Management Center. 6.2.13 Aging resistance Test according to GB/T 3512. See Appendix A for test evaluation methods. 7 Inspection rules 7.1 Inspection classification Product inspection is divided into exit-factory inspection and type inspection. 7.1.1 Exit-factory inspection (delivery inspection) Before delivery, each batch of products must pass the inspection before leaving the factory. 7.1.2 Type inspection (routine inspection) The type inspection is generally carried out once a year. It shall be carried out in time, if one of the following situations occurs. a) Resumption of production after suspension of production; b) Where there are major changes in the raw materials and processes of the product; c) Contract agreement; d) Where the national quality supervision agency makes a request. 7.2 Inspection items 7.2.1 Exit-factory inspection items The exit-factory inspection items include appearance quality (Table 2) and dimensions (length x width) in internal quality (Table 1), all of which must be 100% inspected. 7.2.2 Type inspection items The type inspection items include all items specified in the appearance quality (Table 2) and internal quality (Table 1). It shall be randomly sampled from the qualified batches of the exit-factory inspection. 7.3 Sampling requirements Sampling is randomly selected in batches and blocks. The size of batches and quantity of samples are shown in Table 4. For appearance quality inspection, all randomly selected samples are inspected; for internal quality inspection, it is randomly selected from samples that pass the appearance quality inspection. for bathroom mats; g) Washing method; h) The standard number implemented by the product; i) Product grade, inspection certificate. 8.2 Additional information a) The main specifications of the mat (mat base/pile thickness/length and pile quality, etc.); b) Mark the antibacterial sign on a conspicuous position of the product; c) Other information. 8.3 Packaging sign Contents that need to be marked on the packaging sign: a) The name of the manufacturer; b) Product name and variety; c) Dimensions of the mat; d) Product quality grade; e) Date of completion of the package; f) Prompts: "Do not use hooks", "Avoid moisture", "Do not press hard", etc. 8.4 Packaging The packaging of mats shall ensure that the product is not damaged, it can prevent dirt and moisture, and it is convenient for storage and transportation. 8.5 Transport, storage Mats shall not be under heavy pressure during transportation and storage. It shall avoid rain and long-term exposure to the sun. Pay attention to moisture-proof and fire-proof. ......
