1 Scope
This standard specifies the test method for pre-draw of spandex filaments.
This standard is applicable to spandex filaments with a linear density of ≤156.0dtex. Other specifications can be used as reference.

3 Terms and definitions

Pre-draw pre-draft
The elastic fiber undergoes a tensile change in the length of the fiber during the production process of the winding.
4 Principle
The pre-draw of the spandex filaments is indirectly characterized by measuring the change in the length of the spandex filament package and the length in the free state.
5 Standard atmosphere for testing
Execute according to GB/T 6529.
6 sample preparation
6.1 Batch laboratory samples, 20 packages shall be taken according to the provisions of GB/T 6502, and 2 samples shall be taken for each volume.
6.2 Partial laboratory samples, 2 or more samples per roll, the number of samples is not less than 20.
