Preface
This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces FZ/T 01028-1993 "Determination of Combustion Performance of Textile Fabrics", compared with FZ/T 01028-1993
The main technical changes are as follows.
--- standard name changed to "textile combustion performance horizontal direction of the determination of burning rate";
- "GB/T 8629" has been added to Chapter 2 "Normative references";
--- Change the "flame spread rate" term to "Burning rate";
- modified the formulation of Chapter 4, "Principles" and Chapter 5, "Health and Safety of Test Staff";
- a detailed description of the horizontal combustion chamber has been added (see 6.1.1);
- a detailed description and request for the specimen holder has been modified, and a sample holder with no heat-resistant metal mesh has been added (see 6.1.2);
- an increase in the description of the sample rack (see 6.1.3);
--- modify the level of combustion test chamber diagram (see Figure 1);
--- increase the level of combustion chamber size diagram (see Figure 2) and the collection disk size diagram (see Figure 3);
--- modify the sample clip diagram (see Figure 4 and Figure 5);
--- Change the standard size of the specimen from "350mm × 100mm" to "340mm × 100mm" (see 7.1.1). For the width less than
60mm specimen, length changed from "350mm" to "340mm" (see 7.1.2.1);
- Add the diagram in the schematic diagram of the test equipment "Tolerance reference GB/T 1804";
- increased "if necessary, tested for post-wash burning performance" and given the washing procedure requirements (see 7.5);
- 8.1 in the original standard "test procedure" as a separate chapter;
--- increased the "Note 1" and "Note 2" of 9.2;
--- increased by 9.5.

1 Scope
