Summary	This standard applies to Class 1, Class 2, Class 3 concrete dams and equipment monitoring and inspection inspections of buildings near dams and other dams that have a significant impact on dam safety. The building grade of concrete dam shall be carried out according to DL 5180, "Classification and Design Safety Standard for Hydropower Project Level". The safety monitoring design of the concrete dam should strengthen the overall planning, clear the purpose of monitoring, identify the key monitoring sites and monitoring projects.
