1 Scope of application
This rule applies to the product certification of coupler buffer devices for urban rail transit and metro vehicles. This rule shall be consistent with the
"General Requirements for the Implementation Rules of Road Transportation Equipment Product Certification" to be used in conjunction.
2 Authentication mode
Supervise after the initial factory inspection for type testing. The content of the product type test in this rule is product sampling inspection and testing.
3 Division of certification units and product standards
1) The certification units are divided according to product type, purpose, etc. For the specific certification unit division and the product standards on which certification is based, see Annex 1.
2) Products produced by the same certification client, the same specification and model, and different geographical production sites are different certification units.
4 Requirements for certification application
1) The authentication client within the territory of the People's Republic of China shall hold a "business license" with legal personality or equivalent qualifications,
The overseas certification client should hold the registration certificate required by the laws and regulations of the country/region where the business scope covers the application
Certified products (referred to as "certified products", the same below).
2) The management system should meet the quality assurance ability requirements of the urban rail transit equipment product certification factory.
3) The product to be certified should have a legal source of technology.
4) Meet the requirements of laws and regulations.
5 Application documents

6 Type test
6.1 Product sampling inspection and testing requirements
