Specific requirements-urban rail transit vehicles
1 Scope of application
This rule applies to the product certification of urban rail transit vehicles, including parts. vehicles, car bodies, bogies
Assembly, bogie frame, cylindrical spiral steel spring, metal rubber spring (first series), air spring, wheel set, etc.
Product. This rule should be used in conjunction with the "General Requirements for the Implementation Rules for the Certification of Urban Rail Transit Equipment Products".
2 Authentication mode
Supervise after the initial factory inspection for type testing. Among them, the content of vehicle product type test includes design review
Product sampling inspection and testing, and operation assessment; the type test of car body and bogie assembly includes design
Appraisal, product sampling inspection and testing. The content of other product type tests in this rule is product sampling inspection and testing.
3 Division of certification units and product standards
1) The certification units are divided according to product type, purpose, etc. For the specific certification unit division and the product standards on which certification is based, see Annex 1.
2) Products produced by the same certification client, the same specification and model, and different geographical production sites are different certification units.
4 Requirements for certification application
1) The authentication client within the territory of the People's Republic of China shall hold a "business license" with legal personality or equivalent qualifications,
The overseas certification client shall hold the registration certificate required by the laws and regulations of the country/region where the business scope covers the application for certification
Certified products (referred to as "certified products", the same below).
2) The management system should meet the quality assurance ability requirements of the urban rail transit equipment product certification factory.
3) The product to be certified should have a legal source of technology.

5 Application documents

6 Type test
6.1 Design qualification requirements
6.1.1 Basis for design appraisal

6.1.2 Design appraisal content
For products that require design appraisal, the certification client should submit the design drawing of the product to be certified when applying for certification for the first time

6.2 Product sampling inspection and testing requirements

6.2.3 Sampling requirements

Refer to Table 2 for the determination of the detection results of each unit of urban rail transit vehicles.
6.3 Operational assessment requirements
When a vehicle product is first applied for certification, the application product or the product of the same unit shall have domestic rail transit operation assessment experience.
The continuous operation assessment shall be no less than 5000 kilometers. Before the operation assessment, the rail transit owner unit or certification body shall be certified

7 Supplementary Requirements for Factory Quality Assurance Ability

Technology and corresponding development capabilities; train control and diagnosis system application software development and corresponding matching test capabilities; complete trains
The manufacturing technology and corresponding production capacity of the vehicle, including the corresponding bogie and vehicle testing and inspection capabilities, as well as the entire train
