Foreword
This standard replaces GB "distilled wines and mixed wines health standards" and in the No. 1, No. 2 amendments 2757-1981.
This standard compared with GB 2757-1981, the main changes are as follows.
- Modify the standard name;
- Modify the MRL cyanide;
- Cancel the MRL of manganese;
- Increased labeling requirements identified.
The standard 4.2 to 4.4 with effect from August 1, 2013 implementation.

1 Scope
This standard applies to distilled spirits and wine preparation.
2 Terms and definitions
2.1 distilled spirits
In cereal grains, potatoes, fruit and milk as the main raw material, fermentation, distillation, blending of alcoholic beverages.
