Foreword
This document was drafted, in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2020 "Directives for
standardization - Part 1: Rules for the structure and drafting of standardizing
documents".
This document replaces QC/T 928-2013 "Plastic cable and tubing clips with interfix
hole". Compared with QC/T 928-2013, the main changes are as follows:
- REVISE the nominal values of D and d of the plastic cable and tubing clips with
interfix hole (single tube) (see Table 1);
- REVISE the nominal values of D, D1 and d of the plastic cable and tubing clips
with interfix hole (double tube) (see Table 2);
- ADD the requirements for the insertion force of the pin and the withdrawal force
of the tubing clip (see Table 3);
- ADD the aging requirements (see Table 3);
- ADD the requirements for prohibited substances (see Table 3);
- ADD the requirements for combustion characteristics (see Table 3);
- ADD the requirements for acceptance quality limit (AQL) (see Table 3).

Automotive Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC 114).

Plastic cable and tubing clips with interfix hole
1 Scope
This document specifies the type, size, technical conditions of plastic cable and tubing
clips with interfix hole.
This document is applicable to plastic cable and tubing clips with interfix hole for
automobiles, including two types of single tube and double tube and two types of
installation hole diameters (D0 = 6.5 or D0 = 8.0).
