3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions defined in GB/T
19596 and the following ones apply.
3.1 positive rotation
The reducer is installed as specified. When the vehicle is advanced, the
rotation direction of reducer input shaft shall be positive rotation.
3.5 differential rate
The ratio of the differential output at both ends of the speed difference to the
differential input speed
3.6 coast
The mode that the reducer continues to operate under inertia when it cuts off
the reducer input power
4 Basic parameters
See Table 1 for basic parameters.
5 Requirements
5.1 Basic requirements
5.1.1 The reducer shall comply with the requirements of this Standard and
shall be manufactured in accordance with the prescribed procedures for the
design of the product drawings and technical documents.
5.1.5 Each movement part shall be flexible, without hysteresis.
5.1.6 There shall be no debris that affects the cleanliness of the reducer.
5.1.7 Reducer resistance to salt spray capacity shall be able to meet the
relevant provisions of GB/T 10125.The test period shall not be less than 48 h.
5.2 Bench test requirements
5.2.1 Dynamic sealing performance
During the test, the seals shall not have "drops" of oil leakage.
5.2.5 Transmission efficiency
Integrated transmission efficiency shall be not less than 95%.
5.2.6 Differential reliability
After completing the differential reliability test, the differential shall be flexible
and no hysteresis.
5.2.7 High speed performance
There shall be no oil leakage during the test period. And bearings, gears, oil
seals and other parts shall not be ablated or damaged to affect the normal
operation of the reducer.
5.2.8 Over-speed performance
During the test, there shall be no leakage of oil, abnormal sound
phenomenon. And bearings, gears, oil seals and other parts shall not be
damaged to affect the normal operation of the reducer.
5.3 Cleanliness
The total amount of impurities in the reducer shall not exceed 50 mg per liter.
6 Test methods
6.1 Assembly test
6.1.1 The output of the reducer, the position of the input and the size of the
connection with the vehicle shall meet the design requirements.
6.1.2 Visually inspect the appearance of the reducer. It shall be free of dirt,
corrosion and oxidation.
6.1.6 Cleanliness test shall be performed in accordance with QC/T 572,
QC/T 573 and QC/T 575.
6.1.7 Salt spray test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of
GB/T 10125.The exposed area shall not be less than that in the installed
state of the vehicle. The duration of the test shall not be less than 48 h.
6.2 Bench test method
6.2.1 The test shall be carried out according to the requirements for bench
test of this Standard or purchaser.
6.2.2 Equipment
6.2.4.3 High temperature performance test
6.2.4.7 High speed performance test
6.2.4.9 Static torsion strength test
a) Test conditions.
1) the output shaft is fixed and the input shaft torsional speed does not
exceed 15 r/min;
2) the input shaft and output shaft are only subjected to torque and are
not allowed to have additional bending moments;
3) the working surface of the gear is the same as the positive drive
conditions.
b) Test steps.
1) turn the reducer positive and load it until it is damaged or reaches the
specified torque; then unload it to 0; record the input torque and the
corner of the input shaft when the damage occurs or when the
specified torque is reached;
2) detect one point for each one; detect three and take the minimum
value.
c) Test results. calculate the torsional strength reserve factor K1 according
to equation (2).
where,
M - torque recorded at the end of the test;
Memax - maximum input torque.
6.2.4.10 Loading noise test
6.2.4.11 Gliding noise test
7 Inspection rules
7.1 Exit-factory inspection
The reducers shall be able to leave factory after they are inspected as
qualified according to the exit-factory inspection requirements of
manufacturer. The exit-factory inspection requirements shall be carried out
according to the technical documents stipulated in this Standard or agreed by
the supplier and the purchaser. The inspection items shall contain the
contents of 5.1 of this Standard (but not limited to).
7.2 Type inspection
7.2.2 Type inspection sample shall be extracted at random from exit-factory
inspection qualified products according to GB/T 2828.1.3 samples for each
inspection item. The samples after completion of the fatigue life test or the
static torsion strength test can not be used for other test items. Samples after
completion of high-speed performance tests can not be used for fatigue life
test items. Samples that do not fail after completion of other test items can be
used for tests other than the inspection item.
7.2.4 Determination rules.
8 Marks, packaging, transport and storage
8.1 Marks
8.1.1 Product marks.
8.2 Packaging
8.2.1 Reducer packaging shall be dustproof, waterproof.
8.2.2 Packaging box shall be firm. The reducer shall be reliably secured in
the box to ensure that it does not bump and damage during normal transport.
8.2.3 When reducer leaves factory as an accessory, it shall be packed with
packaging box. When reducer leaves factory as a package product, the
packaging and transport methods shall be determined by the supplier and the
purchaser.
8.3 Transport
During transport, it shall cover the packaging box and prevent the reducer
from bump and damage.
8.4 Storage
The reducer shall be stored in a ventilated, dry, rainproof, sunscreen
warehouse. It shall not be stored with the flammable materials, chemical
corrosion and other items.
