Introduction
As the fifth territory of mankind after the sea, land, air and space, cyberspace has become a new space that carries politics, military, economy and culture.
This document aims to establish the cyberspace coordinate system and basic principles for the drawing of cyberspace maps for information technology cyberspace.
It provides guidance for the accurate perception and overall presentation of various scenarios such as space asset management, performance monitoring, situational awareness, and network security.
