The sample of the ready-made clothing contains the adhesive materials between the fabric and auxiliary material 6 Inspection Rules 6.1 Inspection types The inspection is divided into type inspection, material inspection, exit-factory inspection and reliability sampling inspection. The test and inspection items and nonconforming classification are shown in Table 3. b) When there are major changes in materials, styles and processes; c) When the product has been in normal production for two years; d) When the production is stopped for more than one year and the production is resumed; e) When the national quality supervision agency proposes the type inspection requirements. 6.2.2 The samples for type inspection are randomly sampled from the products that pass the exit-factory inspection. The sampling number of protective clothing is three sets. Refer to Table 3 for the test items. 6.3 Material inspection 6.3.1 Material inspection shall include each layer of fabrics of protective clothing. 6.3.2 The fabric inspection shall be carried out according to the items specified in Table 3 according to the batch, which shall be accepted after passing the inspection. 6.4 Exit-factory inspection 6.4.1 The protective clothing shall be carried out exit-factory inspection by the manufacturer's quality inspection department according to the items specified in Table 3, and only after passing the inspection can the products leave the factory. 6.4.2 Exit-factory inspection shall be carried out in batches, and two sets of samples shall be randomly selected from each batch and tested in accordance with Table 3. 6.5 Reliability inspection When there is one of the following situations, the product shall be inspected for reliability according to Table 3. If it does not meet the requirements, it cannot be used further, or it can no longer be used for rescue work: a) The storage period is more than one year from the production date before the intended use; b) The wearing period is one year, and the visual performance may be reduced; c) The protective clothing is rejected. 6.6 Judgment rules 6.6.1 Single piece qualification conditions: the number of unqualified items of type A inspection is equal to 0; the number of unqualified items of type B inspection is equal to 0; the number of unqualified items of type C inspection is less than or equal to 2. Or b) Product name; c) Size and specification; d) Trademark and / or manufacturer name; e) Production date. 8.2 The product qualification certificate shall include but not limited to the following: a) The serial number and year number of this Standard; b) Product name; c) Size and specification; d) The name of the manufacturer; e) Production date; f) The nominally qualified label; g) Inspector label. 8.3 The product specification shall include but not limited to the following: a) The serial number and year number of this Standard; b) Product name; d) Manufacturer's name, address and contact information; e) Production date; f) Size and specification; g) Applicable and inapplicable conditions; h) Wearing instructions, including but not limited to the following special instructions: 1) When wearing in flammable and explosive places, putting on and taking off at the work site are prohibited; 2) When wearing in flammable and explosive places, it is forbidden to attach or wear any metal objects; 3) The outer clothing shall completely cover the inner clothing; the jacket of the two-piece structure of protective clothing shall be sufficient to cover the waist of the trousers, even if the wearer stoop down, it shall not be exposed; grinder to make the oil stain evenly discharged after grinding, and collect the oil stain. B.4.3 Use a scraper fineness meter to check the uniformity and fineness of grinding of the discharged oil stain; it shall be acceptable when the fineness reaches below 20μm. If the fineness does not reach below 20μm, the three-roll mill shall be fine-tuned to grind the oil stain for several times until the fineness of the discharged oil stain reaches the required level. B.4.4 Take 14# engine oil and the prepared 5% oil stain; according to the proportion to prepare 1‰ standard oil stain; the ratio Wcarbon black: Wengine oil = 1: 999 (for instance, take 2g of 5% oil stain and 98g of 14# engine oil, prepare the 100g of 1‰ standard oil stain), use a homogenizer at a speed of 6500 r/min ~ 7500 r/min to make it evenly dispersed and ready for use. B.4.5 The prepared oil stain shall be used within 8h. If it is placed for more than 8h, it shall be processed by a homogenizer to achieve uniform dispersion before use. B.5 Preparation of specimens for soil release fabrics B.5.1 Cut specimens without appearance defects from a fabric that is soil release finishing at least 2m away from the end of the fabric. The specimen size is 150mm × 150mm. There are 4 blocks of specimens before and after washing treatment. Respectively, take 1 block of specimen before and after the washing-resistant treatment as a reference sample for rating. B.5.2 Cut 6 blocks of colorless transparent polyethylene film, the size is 70mm × 70mm. B.5.3 Cut 6 blocks of qualitative filter paper, the size is 70mm × 70mm. B.6 Test procedure B.6.1 Clean the test bench and lay the prepared 6 blocks of filter papers on the test bench. B.6.2 Respectively lay 3 blocks of specimens without washing treatment and 3 blocks of specimens treated according to the procedure of B.5.1 on the filter paper. B.6.3 Take 0.2mL of 1‰ standard oil stain by a pipette; and slowly drip all the oil stain at the center of the specimen (tube mouth is 10mm ~ 15mm away from the cloth surface). B.6.4 Put a piece of prepared colorless transparent polyethylene film on each sample dripped with oil stain; and put a counterweight on the place where the film contacts with the oil stain. B.6.5 After staying for 1 min, remove the counterweight; remove the film; and continue to place the specimen at room temperature for (20 ± 3) min. Then wash the oil stains. ......
