Table 8 -- Arrangement sequence of post-positioned codes Group 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 Meaning Internal structure Sealing and dustproof and external shape Cage and its material Bearing parts materials Tolerance class Play Configuration Vibration and noise Others 9.3.2 Rules for compiling post-positioned codes 9.3.2.1 The post-positioned code is placed on the right side of the basic code and half a Chinese character distance from the basic code (except for the symbol "-" and "/" in the code). When there are many change items, there are multiple groups of post-positioned codes, arranged in the order from left to right as listed in Table 8. 9.3.2.2 If changing to the content after the 4th group (including 4th group), use "/" before the code to separate the previous code. Example: 6205-2Z/P6, 22308/P63 9.3.2.3 Change the content to the two groups after the 4th group. When the meaning of numbers or words in the codes of the previous group and the subsequent group may be confused, there shall be half a Chinese character space between the two codes. Example: 6208/P63 V1 9.3.3 Post-positioned code and meaning 9.3.3.1 Internal structure The internal structure code is used to indicate bearings of the same type and dimensions but with different internal structures. Its code and meaning are in accordance with Table 9. Appendix A (Normative) Code of tapered roller bearing conforming to GB/T 273.1 A.1 Code composition of tapered roller bearings When expressed according to the series code specified in GB/T 273.1, the tapered roller bearing's code consists of the basic code and the post-positioned code. A.2 Basic code A.2.1 The basic code for tapered roller bearings consists of three parts: type code + size series code + inner diameter code. A.2.2 The type code uses the English letter "T" to indicate tapered roller bearings. A.2.3 The size series code consists of three symbols, which are a combination of angular series, diameter series, width series, such as 2AC. The first symbol is a number, which is the contact angle series code, indicating the range of contact angle; the second symbol is an English letter, which is the diameter series code, indicating the numerical range of the relationship between the outer diameter and the inner diameter; the third symbol is an English letter, which is the width series code, indicating the numerical range of the relationship between the width and height of the single row bearing. The size series code shall be in accordance with the requirements in GB/T 273.1. A.2.4 The bearing inner diameter code is represented by three digits in millimeters of the bearing inner diameter. Example: A.3 Post-positioned code Inner diameter code, bearing's inner diameter 20 mm Width series code Diameter series code Angle series code Type code, T represents tapered roller bearing Size series code Appendix D (Normative) Compilation method of non-standard bearing code D.1 Scope This Appendix specifies the method for compiling codes for non-standard size bearings (hereinafter referred to as non-standard bearings). This Appendix applies to the bearing inner diameters or bearing outer diameters, width (height), sizes that do not comply with GB/T 273.1, GB/T 273.2, GB/T 273.3 or the bearing sizes as specified in other relevant standards. D.2 Code composition D.2.1 Overview The code composition of non-standard bearings consists of the basic code and the pre-positioned and post-positioned codes. D.2.2 Basic code The basic code of non-standard bearings consists of two parts: type code and size indicating the basic size of the bearing. D.2.2.1 Type code The type codes of non-standard bearings are in accordance with Table 2. D.2.2.2 Size indication There are two ways to indicate non-standard bearing sizes. D.2.2.2.1 Expressed by size series code and inner diameter code: a) Two methods for representation of size series code: 1) For non-standard outer diameter or width (height) dimensions, use the method of comparing standard dimensions or according to the rules of external dimension extension specified in GB/T 273.2 and GB/T 273.3; take the closest diameter series or width (height) series; add letters and numbers after the basic code, see Table D.1. D.2.2.2.2 Expressed by the characteristic size characterizing the fitting installation: The size of the bearing is expressed as: "/inner diameter × outer diameter × width (the actual size in millimeters)" Example: K/13×17×13 - Needle roller and cage assembly, Fw = 13 mm, Ew = 17 mm, Bc = 13 mm. D.2.2.3 Other representations When several non-standard bearings of the same type with little difference in external dimensions have the same code, use the symbol "-" and the sequence number 1, 2, 3... to distinguish after the code. Example 1: 61700X1-1 Example 2: 61700X1-2 Example 3: 52706-1 Example 4: 52706-2 D.2.3 Pre-positioned code The pre-positioned code is in accordance with this standard. D.2.4 Post-positioned code The post-positioned code is in accordance with the provisions of this standard. D.3 Other representations D.3.1 When the user has special requirements for the bearing code, it can be decided through consultation with the manufacturer. D.3.2 Special structure non-standard size bearings and bearing code that cannot use the methods as specified in this Appendix can be as specified by the manufacturer, but the pre-positioned code shall be added to show the difference. ......
