This document replaces GB/T 21295-2014 "Requirements of physical and chemical performance of garments". Compared with GB/T 21295-2014, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows. - Delete the terms and definitions of "durable press performance", "durable press textiles", "moisture permeability", "flammability", "water repellency", "hydrostatic pressure resistance", "UV protection", "anti-snagging performance", "water absorption rate", "drip diffusion time", "evaporation rate", "evaporation time", "wicking height", "oil repellency", "easy stain removal performance" and "infant and toddler products" (see 3.1~3.16 of Edition 2014); - Change the requirements for color fastness to wet rubbing, color fastness to light, and color fastness to hot pressing. Add the requirements for color fastness to storage, color fastness to staining by lotion, color fastness to yellowing due to light, and color fastness to ozone. Delete the requirements for dye migration performance, color fastness to soap washing for sewing threads, decorative threads, and embroidery threads. Change the provisions of the footnotes (see 4.2 of this Edition; 4.3 of Edition 2014); - Change the requirements for seam slippage, seam strength, pilling performance, tear strength, breaking strength, adhesive interlining peel strength, and abrasion resistance (see 4.3.1~4.3.5, 4.3.7, 4.3.9 of this Edition; 4.11.1, 4.11.2~4.11.6 of Edition 2014); - Add the requirements for bursting strength and resistance to moisture and heat aging (see 4.3.6, 4.3.10 of this Edition); - Change the provisions of the footnote for the rate of dimensional change (see 4.4.1 of this Edition; 4.10.1 of Edition 2014); - Change the requirements for distortion rate after washing (see 4.4.2 of this Edition; 4.10.4 of Edition 2014); - Delete the requirements for the smoothness of the appearance after washing and drying, and the smoothness of the appearance of the seams after washing and drying (see 4.10.2 and 4.10.3 of Edition 2014); - Change the requirements for appearance after washing (see 4.4.3 of this Edition; Requirements of physical and chemical performance of garments 1 Scope This document specifies the technical requirements for the physical and chemical performance of garments. This document applies to the quality control of garments produced with textile woven fabrics as the main fabric. NOTE. This document is generally used for selection and application in the formulation and revision of garment standards and internal quality control. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. Part 2.Fabric GB/T 4841.3, Color cards of standard depths for dyeing with dyestuffs 2/1, 1/3, 1/6, 1/12, 1/25 GB/T 15557, Standard terminology relating to apparel GB 18401, National general safety technical code for textile products GB/T 21294, Testing methods of physical and chemical performance of garments GB/T 22705, Safety specifications for cords and drawstrings on children clothing GB/T 29862, Textiles -- Identification of fiber content GB 31701, Safety technical code for infants and children textile products 3 Terms and definitions For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions defined in GB/T 3291.2, GB/T 15557 apply. 0.5 level higher than the initial color difference. 5.10 Easy-ironing performance After washing and drying for 5 times, the appearance flatness after washing and drying shall not be lower than level 3.5.The appearance flatness of the seam after washing and drying shall not be lower than level 3.The appearance of the pleats after washing and drying shall not be lower than level 3. 5.11 Anti-wrinkle performance The wrinkle level shall not be less than level 3. 5.12 Antistatic properties The charge shall not exceed 0.60 μC/piece. 5.13 Anti-itching performance The itching value shall not be greater than 320. 5.14 Mosquito repellency performance The repellency rate shall be no less than 30%. 5.15 Anti-mildew performance The anti-mildew level shall meet the requirements of level 0 or level 1. 5.16 Anti-mite performance The repellency or inhibition rate shall be no less than 60%. 5.17 Antibacterial performance The antibacterial performance shall meet the requirements in Table 14. 5.18 Deodorization performance ......
