visually inspected. The whole machine shall be in good appearance and no
damage.
5.7.10 Auxiliary facilities such as decorative lighting and decorations shall be
firmly fixed.
5.7.11 The whole machine operation test shall include no-load, partial-load and
full-load tests. Abnormal vibration, shock, heat, sound and jamming are not
allowed during the running test. After running the test, there shall be no
abnormal wear, deformation, shedding, permanent deformation and damage to
the machinery and structural parts.
5.7.12 The safety distance and protection shall meet the design requirements.
6 Inspection, testing and test requirements
6.1 Basic requirements
6.1.1 The producer and installer shall formulate specific inspection plans based
on relevant standards, design documents, manufacturing processes and
equipment characteristics.
6.1.5 The error between the test load and its rated value shall not exceed ±5%.
6.1.6 Before the test, check the integrity of the parts, components and
connections in the amusement equipment’s machinery and structure, loading
system, electrical control system, emergency rescue system and auxiliary
equipment, and consistency with the design documents.
