5 Test methods
5.1 Determination of wood moisture content
Use a wood moisture meter having an error of not more than ±1% to make
determination. Select randomly three parts 100 mm above the ground surface
for determination, calculate the average moisture content of the three parts, as
the wood moisture content of the test piece. The arbitration test is performed in
accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1931.
5.2 Determination of appearance properties
5.2.1 Discoloration of wooden part coating
In the exterior and internal finishing parts of the product, make inspections at
three places, respectively, use hands to hold the degreased white gauze which
has been moistened with water to rub each places back and forth with
appropriate force, the reciprocating distance of the rubbing is 200 mm ~ 300
mm. Observe whether the gauze is stained by the coated parts.
5.2.2 Other appearance items
Under natural light or near natural light (such as 40 W fluorescent lamp) with
an illuminance of 300 lx ~ 600 lx, the line of sight is 700 mm ~ 1000 mm, which
is jointly tested by three people. Most of the same conclusions are used as test
results.
5.3 Determination of main dimensions and dimensional deviations
Use a steel tape measure or steel ruler with a division value of not more than 1
mm to measure the product dimension required. The difference between the
measured value of the product width, depth and height and the identified value
is the dimensional deviation.
5.4 Shape and position tolerance measurement
5.4.1 Adjacent side perpendicularity
Use the steel tape measure or a steel ruler having a division value of not less
than 1 mm to measure the length of the two diagonal lines of the rectangular
surface (component) of the product, the difference is the measured value of the
perpendicularity of the adjacent side.
5.4.2 Warpage
select one test region for each pollutant to perform test.
5.5.1.5 Soft and hard covering surface light fastness
The length and width of the test piece shall be determined in accordance with
the shape and dimension of the test piece clamp of the equipment. The test
shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.30 of GB/T 17657-
2013. The number of test pieces shall be 1, which should be obtained from the
product.
5.5.1.6 Paint film adhesion
It is determined in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 4893.4-2013, select
one test region for testing.
5.5.1.7 Paint film resistance to cold and heat temperature difference
It is determined in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 4893.7-2013, select
one test region for testing.
5.5.1.8 Paint film abrasion resistance
It is determined in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 4893.8-2013, select
three test regions for testing.
5.5.1.9 Paint film dry heat resistance
It is determined in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 4893.3-2005, select
one test region for testing.
5.5.1.10 Paint film damp heat resistance
It is determined in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 4893.2-2005, select
one test region for testing.
5.5.1.11 Paint film liquid resistance
It is determined in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 4893.1-2005, select
one test region from the acid resistance and alkali resistance, respectively, for
testing.
5.5.1.12 Paint film impact resistance
It is determined in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 4893.9-2013, select
one test region for testing.
5.5.2 Determination of physical and chemical properties of metal parts
plating
6670-2008.
5.5.4.2 Seating surface foam plastic 75% compression set
It is determined in accordance with the method as specified in GB/T 6669-2008,
the test temperature is (70 ± 1) °C, the thickness of the specimen is 25 mm (thin
material with thickness less than 25 mm is allowed to be combined, as shown
in 6.1 of GB/T 6669-2008).
