This document applies to large-scale Y series four-pole and above general-purpose cage-rotor three-phase asynchronous motors (hereinafter referred to as “Y series motors”) and large-scale YR series four-pole and above general-purpose wound-rotor three-phase asynchronous motors (hereinafter referred to as “YR series motors”). The center heights are 710 mm, 800 mm, 900 mm, 1 000 mm and 1 120 mm, respectively. It applies to large-scale YKS, YRKS series three-phase asynchronous motors as a reference. 2 Normative references The following documents are referred to in the text in such a way that some or all of their content constitutes requirements of this document. When the motor and the driven machinery are connected by a flexible coupling, there shall be a limiting device on the coupling, and the allowable movement shall be as stipulated in the agreement. 5.19 The stator winding of the motor shall be equipped with at least 6 embedded resistance temperature measuring elements with graduation number Pt100, and each bearing bush shall be equipped with at least one resistance temperature measuring element with graduation number of Pt100, which shall be stipulated in the agreement if necessary. 5.20 Viewed from the extension end of the main shaft, the terminal box of the motor is usually located on the right side of the machine frame (or according to the agreement). When the power is 2 000 kW and above, the neutral point shall be led out. 5.21 When the alphabetical order of the marks on the outlet end is the same as the voltage phase sequence of the three-phase power supply, the motor shall rotate clockwise when viewed from the extension end of the main shaft. 5.22 The motor is not allowed to be reversed or braked during operation. The YR series motor is allowed to reverse after stopping, and the Y series motor is only allowed to rotate in one direction. Whether they are allowed to reverse after stopping depends on the agreement. 5.23 While meeting the requirements that the terminal voltage during the starting process is not lower than 85% of the rated value, and the resistance torque generated by the load is proportional to the square of the rotational speed, under the condition that the rated speed is less than 60% of the rated torque, the Y series motor is allowed to start twice continuously in the actual cold state (at the initial state of ambient temperature, the motor shall stop naturally between the second starts), or start once in a hot state after rated operation (the initial state does not exceed the rated operating temperature). 5.24 The motor shall have reliable measures to prevent shaft current. 5.25 The appearance and assembly quality requirements of the motor are as follows: a) The assembly of the motor shall be complete and correct, with all kinds of marks complete; b) The paint on the surface of the motor shall be dry and complete, the paint film shall be uniform, without cracks, peeling, bubbles and other defects, and the coating shall be complete; c) The motor shall rotate smoothly and briskly, without stagnation, the sound shall be even and harmonious without harmful noise; d) The bearing oil tank, cooler and related oil pipes and water pipes of the motor shall be well sealed without oil or water leakage. 5.26 In addition to meeting the requirements of 5.1 ~ 5.24, the motor shall also be tested for the following items: a) Determination of insulation resistance; b) Determination of DC resistance of the winding in the cooling state; c) Voltage resistance test; d) Determination of no-load current and loss; e) Determination of efficiency, power factor and slip; f) Inter-turn insulation impulse withstand voltage test; g) Measurement of no-load characteristic curve; h) Measurement of locked-rotor characteristic curve; i) Measurement of moment of inertia. 6 Test methods 6.1 The routine test of the motor shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 1032. 6.2 The mechanical inspection items shall be carried out according to the following requirements: a) Rotation inspection: The motor shall be smooth and brisk when rotating, without stagnation; b) Appearance inspection: Check whether the assembly of the motor is complete and correct, and the paint on the surface of the motor shall be dry, uniform, and free from stains, bumps, cracks, etc.; c) Inspection of installation dimensions, external dimensions and key dimensions: installation dimensions and tolerances shall comply with the provisions of 4.8; key dimensions shall comply with the provisions of 4.9; the inspection of installation dimensions and tolerances shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 4772.2; d) Inspection of collector rings and brushes of YR series motors: the surface of collector rings shall be smooth; no blisters are allowed; the brushes and collector rings shall be in good contact. ......
