This standard applies to all types of disinfectants for the disinfection of surfaces of ordinary objects. 2 Normative references The following documents are essential to the application of this document. For the dated documents, only the versions with the dates indicated are applicable to this document; for the undated documents, only the latest version (including all the amendments) are applicable to this standard. Note 2: When the instruction manuals indicate that in addition to the surface of ordinary objects, it is also used for other disinfection objects, or indicated of the killing effect for other microorganisms, it needs to increase the corresponding target microorganism killing test. Note 3: Choose either the natural bacteria or simulated field test. 5.3 Safety indicators 5.3.1 Toxicological indicators 5.3.1.1 Acute oral toxicity test: The product is in its original form, or the solution with a maximum of 5 times the maximum concentration shall be practically non- toxic. 5.3.1.2 The mutagenicity test shall be negative. 5.3.1.3 A complete skin irritation test shall be non-irritating or lightly irritating (applicable if the product manual does not indicate personal protection) 5.3.2 Metal corrosion It should use the product concentration that the corrosivity is mild (inclusive) to metal; it shall not cause damage to the material of the disinfection object. 6 Inspection methods 6.1 Physical-chemical indicators 6.1.1 The effective ingredient content of the product shall be determined in accordance with the methods specified in the "Technical specification for disinfection" (2002 edition) or other corresponding national standards and product quality standards. The pH value is measured in accordance with the method specified in the "Technical specification for disinfection" (2002 edition). 6.1.2 Stability test: It shall be determined in accordance with the methods specified in the "Technical specification for disinfection" (2002 edition) or other corresponding national standards and product quality standards. 6.2 Microbial killing test It shall be determined in accordance with the "Technical specification for disinfection" (2002 edition) or other corresponding national standards. 6.3 Toxicological test It shall be determined in accordance with the "Technical specification for disinfection" (2002 edition) or other corresponding national standards. and dosage as recommended in Appendix A for disinfection. 8 Marking 8.1 Marking The product’s packaging mark shall comply with the provisions of GB 190 and GB/T 191. 8.2 Label The product’s label shall meet the requirements of the relevant specifications and standards for the disinfectant product’s label manual. 8.3 Instruction manual It shall meet the requirements of the relevant specifications and standards of the label instructions for disinfecting products; at the same time, the product instructions shall indicate the following precautions: - According to the different characteristics of the object to be disinfected, choose and use the appropriate disinfectant. - Disinfectants shall not be taken orally; it shall be kept out of the reach of children. - Most of the disinfectants used for surface disinfection of objects have different degrees of corrosiveness, so it shall be used with caution when the use concentration is moderately corrosive to the corresponding materials of the objects to be disinfected. After disinfection until the action time is completed, use clean water to wipe or rinse the disinfected object to remove residual disinfectant. - When sprinkling / spraying or vaporizing to sterilize the surface of objects, doors and windows shall be sealed. After the disinfection is completed, it shall be ventilated for more than 30 minutes; personnel is only allowed to enter after the disinfectant residue in the ambient air is lower than the corresponding national standard requirements. At the same time, personal protection shall be paid attention to during the disinfection process. - Disinfectants that need to be diluted and disinfectants used after activation shall be used immediately after preparation. - If the human body is inadvertently contacted, it shall be rinsed with clean water immediately. If it hurts the eyes, seek medical treatment as soon as possible. ......
