This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 22030-2015 “Blendstocks of ethanol gasoline for motor vehicles”. Compared with GB/T 22030-2015, the main technical changes of this standard are as follows. - In the second paragraph of Chapter 1 Scope, MODIFY that “This standard applies to the blendstocks of ethanol gasoline (E10) for motor vehicles complying with GB 18351 which are composed of liquid hydrocarbons or liquid hydrocarbons and additives that improve the performance of use” into that “This standard applies to the blendstocks of ethanol gasoline (E10) for motor vehicles complying with GB 18351 which are composed of liquid hydrocarbons derived from petroleum or liquid hydrocarbons and additives derived from petroleum that improve the performance of use” (SEE Chapter 1; Chapter 1 of 2015 version); - DELETE the technical requirements and test methods for blendstocks of ethanol gasoline for motor vehicles (IV) (Table 1 in 2015 version), ADD the technical requirements for blendstocks of ethanol gasoline for motor vehicles (IV) at phase VI vehicle, it is divided into phase VI A and phase VI B based on the difference in olefin content (SEE Table 2, Table 3); - DELETE the technical requirements for quantitative determination of mercaptan sulfur (SEE Table 2 and Table A.1 of the 2015 version); - MODIFY the technical requirements for density (SEE Table 1 and Table A.1; Table 2 and Table A.1 of 2015 version); - MODIFY Chapter 9 “Implementation of standards” (SEE Chapter 9; Chapter 9 of the 2015 version); - ADD Table A.2 in Appendix A (SEE Table A.2 in Appendix A). This standard was proposed by the National Energy Administration. This standard is not intended to suggest all safety issues related to this product. It is the user's responsibility to adopt appropriate safety and health measures and to ensure compliance with the conditions stipulated by relevant national laws and regulations. 1 Scope This standard stipulates the terms and definitions, product classification and nomenclature, requirements and test methods, sampling, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, safety and implementation of standards for the blendstocks of ethanol gasoline for motor vehicles. This standard applies to the blendstocks of ethanol gasoline (E10) for motor vehicles complying with GB 18351 which are composed of liquid hydrocarbons derived from petroleum or liquid hydrocarbons and additives derived from petroleum that improve the performance of use. 2 Normative references The following documents are essential to the application of this document. The monitoring of water content needs to pay enough attention. 8 Safety In accordance with GB 30000.7-2013, blendstocks of ethanol gasoline for motor vehicles are flammable liquids. Refer to Appendix D of GB 30000.7-2013 for hazard indications and precautions. 9 Standard implementation This standard shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation, and the transitional requirements shall be introduced gradually. The transitional period of the technical requirements specified in Table 2 and Table A.2 are to December 31, 2018. From January 1, 2019, the technical requirements specified in Table 1 and Table A.1 are abolished; the transitional period for the technical requirements specified in Table 3 are to December 21, 2022; from January 1, 2023, the technical requirements specified in Table 2 will be abolished. Taking into account the special needs of environmental protection in certain regions in China, local governments may, in accordance with their requirements for environmental protection management, agree with the relevant oil supply department, and implement the technical requirements for the blendstocks of ethanol gasoline for motor vehicles of corresponding phases in advance. ......
