1 Scope
This standard specifies the content of seven phthalate plasticizers in plastic blood bags (see Appendix A) for gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS).
Determination method and positive confirmation method.
This standard applies to the determination and confirmation of various phthalate plasticizers in plastic blood bags.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

3 Method summary
The sample was ultrasonically extracted with chloroform. After the extract was fixed to volume, it was detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and quantified by internal standard method.
4 reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used should be of analytical grade.
4.1 Trichloromethane.

Prepared as standard stock solutions at a concentration of 1000 mg/mL.
4.4 Mixed standard working solution. Dilute to a suitable concentration of mixed standard working solution with chloroform as needed.
4.5 Internal standard. Dipentyl phthalate. purity ≥ 98%.
4.6 Standard stock solution of internal standard. Accurately weigh the appropriate amount of diamyl phthalate standard, and prepare the concentration with chloroform

5 Instruments and equipment
5.1 Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS).

6 Analysis steps
6.1 Extraction
Take 10 g of representative sample, cut it to 0.5 cm × 0.5 cm or less, and mix. Weigh the above 1.0g sample, accurate to
0.0001 g, placed in a 100 mL stoppered conical flask, added with 30 mL of chloroform, and extracted in an ultrasonic generator for 20 min. cool down
