3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in SB/T 10642-2011 apply to this document.
3.1
Enterprise enterprise
Engage in economic activities such as production, circulation, and services, and meet the needs of society with production or service, and implement self-employment, independent accounting, and legal establishment.
Profitable economic organization.

Commercial franchise franchise
An enterprise that owns operating resources such as registered trademarks, corporate logos, patents, and proprietary technologies, and licenses its operating resources in the form of contracts.
Used by other operators, the franchisee operates under a unified business model in accordance with the contract, and pays the franchisee the franchise fee.
