1 Scope
This standard stipulates the certification requirements for the energy management system of home appliance enterprises and the system management for the energy use and consumption of home appliance enterprises.

4 Household appliance enterprise energy management system certification requirements
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 Household appliance enterprises should meet the requirements of 4.1 of GB/T 23331-2012.
4.1.2 Appliance companies should define the scope and boundaries of the energy management system based on their management responsibilities, coverage areas and operational control rights, including
Geographical location, functional department, energy and/or energy-consuming working type, product range, energy use process and energy management involved in the energy management system
The link and so on. When applicable, the types of energy and/or energy-consuming working fluids involved in home appliance enterprises should include raw coal, natural gas, fuel oil, and liquefied petroleum.
Gas, electricity, heat, new water, etc. When the home appliance enterprise defines the scope and boundaries of the energy management system, it should include the following applicable content.
