3 requirements
3.1 Dimensions
Dimensions and tolerances are as specified in the corresponding product standards.
3.2 Structure
The core blind rivet is an assembly, consisting of a nail sleeve, a core rod, a lock ring and a driving gasket. The lock ring is pre-installed on the groove of the core rod. During the riveting process
, the driving gasket presses the lock ring, and the lock ring squeezes into the head cavity of the nail sleeve to form a self-locking and lock the core rod.
3.3 Head concentricity
The concentricity requirements between the blind rivet head and the stem are shown in Table 1.
