Basic requirements for testing reagent quality
1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements and tests for forensic human fluorescent labeling STR complex amplification detection reagents (hereinafter referred to as "reagents").
Method, identification, packaging, transportation and storage.
This standard applies to the production, use and quality inspection of human fluorescent labeled STR complex amplification detection reagents used in forensic science.
The use of "reagents" in other fields can be referred to the adoption of this standard.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

A class of DNA sequences of length polymorphisms present in human genomic DNA, the core sequence of which is generally composed of 2 to 6 bases.
The base composition differs between individuals due to the difference in the number of repetitions of the core sequence.
