3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Plasma emission detector plasmaemissiondetector
A device that converts an optical signal of a characteristic spectrum generated after a gas component to be tested forms a plasma into an electrical signal.
4 Principle
The gas component separated by the carrier gas through the column forms a plasma in the quartz cell by the action of an electromagnetic field, and the plasma of the gas component to be tested
The light emitted by the body is filtered and selected to convert the optical signal into an electrical signal by photoelectric conversion, and the content of the gas component to be tested is stronger than the electrical signal.
