Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"
Drafting is required.
This document replaces GB/T 18314-2009 "Global Positioning System (GPS) Measurement Specification" and is consistent with GB/T 18314-2009.
In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
The name of the standard is changed to "Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Measurement Specification"; a)
Add three terms. "GNSS network", "independent baseline" and "point observation mode" (see 3.8, 3.10 and 3.13); b)
Added common measurement requirements for multi-satellite systems, added provisions and descriptions for measurements using the BeiDou satellite navigation system
(see 4.1, 10.1.2);
c)
The basic parameters of the reference ellipsoids of the 1980 Xi'an coordinate system and the 1954 Beijing coordinate system have been deleted (see 4.4 of the.2009 edition, Appendix
Record A);
d)
Added the content of using the mean error of the point position to divide the accuracy level (see 5.3.2); e)
Some technical details in site selection and stone burial have been modified (see Chapters 7 and 8, Chapters 7 and 8 of the.2009 edition); f)
Added the calculation formula for the error in baseline measurement (see 12.2.5); g)
Modified some technical details in the technical summary (see 12.7, 12.7 of the.2009 edition); h)
Modified some contents of the acceptance of results (see 13.1, 13.1 of the.2009 edition); i)
The examples of point marks and some types of landmarks have been changed (see Appendix B, Appendix B of the.2009 edition); j)
The calculation content of the centrifugal element was changed and merged with the determination method (see Appendix E, Appendix E of the.2009 edition); k)
Added the verification method when the synchronous loop closing error is 0 (see Appendix F). l)
