1 Scope
This standard specifies the naming system and code relating to international trade unified description of the freight and other costs.
This standard applies to data on international trade documents in paper or electronic means of exchange.
2 Acronyms
The following abbreviations apply to this standard.

3.1 shipping code structure
Shipment of the code uses three six code structure.
--- The first layer of code. use a number that represents the cost categories, the last five of the code is "0", it indicates the name of cost categories;
--- The second layer of code. use two digits to indicate the cost of classification, after three code "0", it indicates the name of cost classification;
--- The third layer of code. using three digits, indicating cost breakdown.

3.3 Repeat indicator
When the code value multiple entries first, second and third layers are the same, repeat indicator should be used. Repeat indicator of letters
