This standard is a revision of GB 9959.2-2001 "segmentation fresh and frozen pig meat", compared with GB 9959.2-2001, the main difference as follows. --- An increase of some reference standards; --- On the physical and chemical indicators were added 4.6, an increase of cadmium, lead, arsenic, net content indicators, as well as pesticides, veterinary drug residues indicators; --- Increased 4.7 microbial indicators. From the date of implementation of this standard, instead of GB 9959.2-2001. This standard is proposed and managed by the People's Republic of China Ministry of Commerce. This standard was drafted.
