Methanol precipitated proteins in complex samples, the supernatant extracted with ethyl acetate, then MCX and C18 SPE column purification, liquid chromatography

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, all reagents were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 acetonitrile. HPLC fractions.
4.2 Methanol. HPLC fractions.

4.4 formic acid. HPLC fractions.
4.5 sodium chloride.
4.6 Ammonia. 25% to 28%.
4.7 5% aqueous ammonia solution in methanol. ammonia - methanol (95 + 5, volume ratio).
