1 Scope

3 Method summary
Organophosphorus pesticide sample was extracted with acetonitrile and the extract was purified by gel column, measured with a gas chromatograph equipped with a flame photometric detector
Fixed, external standard.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, all reagents were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
Ethyl acetate 4.1. HPLC grade.
4.2 acetonitrile. HPLC fractions.
4.3 Cyclohexane. HPLC fractions.
4.4 acetone. HPLC fractions.
4.5 sodium chloride.
4.6 over anhydrous sodium. 650 ℃ burning 4h, cooled in a desiccator to room temperature and stored in a sealed bottle for use.
4.7 GPC eluent. ethyl acetate - cyclohexane (11, volume ratio).
