1 Scope

2 Method summary
In a sample of pyrethroid pesticide residues were extracted with hexane acetone (11, volume ratio) mixed solvent extraction with florisil SPE column
Purification, gas chromatography - electron capture-determination, external standard.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade, water is distilled or deionized water.
3.1 ether. pesticide grade.
3.2 hexane. pesticide grade.
3.3 acetone. pesticide grade.
3.4 sodium chloride.
3.5 over anhydrous sodium. 650 ℃ burning 4h, cooled in a desiccator to room temperature and stored in a sealed bottle for use.
3.6 bifenthrin, fenpropathrin, cyhalothrin, permethrin, cyfluthrin, cypermethrin, fluvalinate, fenvalerate, deltamethrin
Ester standard substance. purity greater than or equal to 99%, see Appendix A.

Mixed diluted to the appropriate concentration of the mixed standard working solution with n-hexane.
3.8 Florisil SPE. (6mL, 1g) or equivalent person. Use Fill approximately 10mm high over anhydrous sodium sulfate layer within the first pillar, with
5mL hexane elution activated solid phase extraction column.
