1 Scope

2 Method summary

3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade, water is distilled water.
3.1 acetonitrile. chromatography.
3.2 acetone. chromatography.
3.3 hexane. chromatographically pure.
3.4 TCA.
3.5 sodium hydroxide.
3.6 Sodium chloride. 650 ℃ burning 4h, cooled in a desiccator to room temperature and stored in a sealed bottle for use.
3.7 n-hexane - acetone (11, volume ratio) mixed solvent.
3.8 trichloroacetic acid solution, 5%. Weigh 5g TCA, dissolved in water and dilute to 100mL.
3.9 sodium hydroxide solution, 2mol/L. Weigh 8g sodium hydroxide dissolved in 100mL of distilled water.
3.10 chlorphenamidine (Chlordimeform, C10H13ClN2, CASN o.6164-98-3, relative molecular mass of 196.68) standard substance. pure
Greater than 98.5%.
3.11 4-chloro-o-toluidine (4-Chloro-2-methylaniline, C7H8ClN, CASN o.95-69-2, relative molecular mass
141.60) standard substance. purity of greater than 98.5%.
3.12 standard solution. Accurately weigh an adequate amount chlorphenamidine and 4-chloro-o-toluidine standard material with acetone dubbed the concentration of 100μg/mL
Single standard stock solution. Mixed diluted to the appropriate concentration of the mixed standard working solution with acetone as needed.
