4 Reagents and materials
Except where noted, all reagents were of analytical grade water as a water line with GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 acetonitrile. HPLC grade.
4.2 Methanol. HPLC grade.
4.3 acetic acid.
4.4 ammonium acetate.
4.5 hydrochloric acid.
4.6 sodium chloride.
4.7 sodium hydroxide.
4.8 anhydrous magnesium. by burning 650 ℃ 4h, placed in the dryer set aside.
4.9 Sodium hydroxide solution (0.5mol/L). Weigh 2.0g of sodium hydroxide dissolved in water and dilute to 100mL.
4.10 ammonium acetate (5mmol/L). Weigh 0.385g ammonium acetate dissolved in water and dilute to 1000mL.
4.11 carbendazim, thiabendazole, thiophanate-methyl, thiophanate, benomyl and allyl wheat rather standard substance. purity greater than or equal to 98%, see Appendix
