3 Detection
3.1 Method summary
Oil samples or samples obtained by petroleum ether extract fat directly with deuterated three glycine sulfate (DTGS) detector and a level
Attenuated total reflection (HATR) Annex Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, calibration curve based on standard trans fatty acids, the sample is calculated
Trans fatty acids in the total fat content percentage.
3.2 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, all reagents were of analytical grade.
3.2.1 petroleum ether (boiling range 30 ℃ ~ 60 ℃).
3.2.2 over anhydrous sodium sulfate.
3.2.3 triolein standard. Purity ≥99%.
3.2.4 Three Antis olein standard. Purity ≥98%.
3.2.5 Standard solution. Weigh accurately three oppositions triolein Xg and triolein (0.3-X) g (accurate to 0.0001g) in 5mL
Beaker, wherein X is independently 0.0150,0.0300,0.0600,0.0900,0.1200,0.1500,0.1800, the mixed standard solution of trans
