3 Reagents and materials
3.1 Reagents

3.1.3 complement fixation antigen. according to the instructions to use, shake well before use.
3.1.4 positive control serum. prior to use distilled water to a predetermined volume.
3.1.5 Negative control serum. prior to use distilled water to a predetermined volume.
3.1.6 hemolysin. prior to use distilled water to a predetermined volume.
3.1.7 Complement. prior to use distilled water to a predetermined volume.
3.1.8 Sheep blood. choose healthy adult sheep, sterile jugular vein blood, Apgar 1.2 parts 1 part liquid blood, mix, within 4 ℃ refrigerator stable 3d ~
5d after use.
3.2 Material
3.2.1 Glass tube. 10mm × 75mm, round, clean.
3.2.2 test tube rack.
3.2.3 micropipette.
