Quarantine regulations for outbound citrus fresh fruit1 ScopeThis standard stipulates the quarantine sampling, on-site quarantine, laboratory test methods and results judgment of outbound citrus fresh fruit.
This standard applies to the export phytosanitary of various varieties of citrus fresh fruit.2 Quarantine basis2.1 Phytosanitary requirements for the country or region of entry.

4.1 Quarantine equipment

4.2 Quarantine methods
4.2.1 Certificate verification
On-site check of the relevant documents of the goods, check the production batch number of the goods, the mark of the hoe, the number of pieces, the quality, the specifications, and the production and processing units and raw materials.
Source and other conditions; verify the records of the occurrence of pests and diseases in plantations (fields); make relevant records on site if necessary.
4.2.2 Inspection of the warehouse site
Carefully inspect the corners of the cargo storage area, the ground, and the tarpaulin, bedding, etc. that cover the goods, whether they are infected with harmful insects.

4.2.3 Inspection of packaging
4.2.3.1 directly inspect the surface of the package and the four sides for the detection of harmful organisms on the surface of the outer packaging and the small package containing samples;

4.2.3.2 Unpack the goods and carefully inspect the inner surface of the package and the quarantine pests and other quarantine objects.

4.2.4 Quarantine of transport vehicles
For cargo containers loaded with outbound cargo, cars and ships, and cargo holds of aircraft, quarantine shall be carried out before loading, and no harmful insects, molds, etc. shall be harmful.
Biological infections must be free of soil and animal and plant residues.
4.2.5 Inspection of goods
Open the package and take the goods out in a white porcelain plate to check whether there are no spots, impurities, pests, mites and debris, soil particles, etc. on the citrus fresh fruit.
