Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
Instead of the standard SN/T 1157-2002 "export plant seedlings quarantine rules."
This standard compared with SN/T 1157, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Adjust the terms and definitions, an increase of two terms and definitions;
--- Modify the "6 laboratory";
--- Modify the "7 quarantine";
--- Modified "8 results quarantine assessment and treatment."

1 Scope
This standard specifies the export plant seedlings quarantine procedures, methods, and quarantine result judgment process.
This standard applies to the entry and exit quarantine plant seedlings.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
