1 Scope
This standard stipulates the choice of origin, variety selection, planting technology, plastic trimming, plum garden management, soil and water conservation and biological

3 Origin selection
3.1 The environmental quality of the place of production meets the requirements of LY/T 1678.
3.2 The annual average temperature is 12°C~23°C, the annual average precipitation is 600mm~2200mm, and the temperature during flowering is 6°C~7°C.
3.3 It is advisable to choose low landslides and flats with leeward sun, sufficient sunshine, deep soil layer, fertile soil, good drainage and ventilation, and pH 5~6.5.
4 variety selection
4.1 Variety is strong in regionality, and excellent varieties of the same or similar areas should be selected.
For example, Zhejiang should choose Changnong 17, Xiaoshan Daqingmei, Dongqing, Fenghua Limei, Qixian Hongmei, soft strip red plum, Qingfeng, Qingjia, Maoqingmei, etc.
Dongyi should choose large nuclear green, horizontal core, soft branch big grain plum, white powder plum, Limei, Daqingmei, etc.; Yunnan should use large salt plum, small salt plum, Tengchong Zhaomei plum,
Daqingmei, Shuangjimei, Xingmei, Taomei, Kumei, Zhenzhu and other plum root grafting seedlings and introduced Japanese fine varieties such as Baijiahe, Nangao and Yusu.
4.2 Planting pollination varieties.
The pollination tree with the similar flowering period and strong pollen affinity was selected as the main pollination tree, the ratio was 3.1. Or two mutually pollinable
It is better to mix the excellent varieties together in a ratio of 1.1. There are almost no pollen in the stamens of Baijiahe, and it is necessary to plant Nangao and Yusu as pollination trees at the same time.
5 planting technology
5.1 Site preparation
5.1.1 Complete the deep-turning of the ground before winter, the depth of the tumbling is 30cm; or first dig the planting hole, and plant it together with the base fertilizer to deepen the hole.
5.1.2 The hole size is 100cm × 100cm × 60cm. The planting density should be determined according to the variety and site conditions, and should be 495 plants/hm2~
630 plants/hm2.
