3 Site selection
3.1 Environmental conditions
3.1.1 Soil texture
In addition to clay, sand, saline-alkaline soil, other soils are suitable for planting. It is suitable for slightly acidic or neutral soil, and the pH is (pH).

3.2 Site selection
3.2.1 Selection of farmland
It is advisable to choose loam or sandy loam with flat terrain, convenient drainage and loose fertility.
3.2.2 Mountain selection
It is advisable to choose a gentle slope below 10° or a flat in the mountains.
3.2.3 Selection of courtyard land
Environmental pollution such as garbage dumps, toilets, poultry pens and septic tanks should be avoided.
3.3 Site preparation
3.3.1 Land preparation of farmland and garden land
Land preparation can be carried out in both spring and autumn. When the soil thawing layer reaches 30.0 cm deep in early spring in April or before freezing in autumn, it can be carried out.
The depth of cultivation is 25.0cm~30.0cm, and it is used as a sputum.
3.3.2 Land preparation in the mountains
The depth of cultivation is 20.0cm ~ 25.0cm, broken and flattened to remove stones, weeds and other debris.
