Wild vegetables
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, quality requirements, test methods, testing rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of mountain vegetables.
This standard is applicable to clean vegetables, salted vegetables and dehydrated vegetables made from mountain wild vegetables.
Appendix A of this standard lists the names and edible parts of common wild vegetables.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

It is a general term for edible mountain vegetables and wild vegetables that are cultivated wildly or artificially in forest land, hillsides, grasslands, and wetlands.
