Foreword
This standard is a revision of LY/T 1096-1993 "Association Specifications for Forest Machinery and Equipment".
Part of LY/T 1096-1993 is only considered as Appendix C and Appendix D of this standard.
In the fourth chapter of this standard, “The type and arrangement requirements of the forestry machinery and the requirements”
GB/T 15776-1995 consistency of afforestation technical regulations, which not only facilitates the implementation of this standard, but also facilitates forestry operation machinery
Acceptance of the quality of the work.
In this standard, the nursery machinery is assigned as an independent part in order to better match the technical requirements of the nursery operation.
Group breeding seedlings, container seedling machinery and equipment are not included in this standard, the reason is the industry promulgated by the State Forestry Administration of the People's Republic of China
The standard LY/T 1000-1991 has its own system, the characteristics of container seedling machinery and equipment are outstanding, and there are many specialties involved.
The system is formulated as an independent standard as well.
The allocation of forest fire prevention equipment is not included in this standard. The reason is that the forest fire prevention system is self-contained, and the requirements for equipment are outstanding.
An independent standard is more conducive to forest fire protection requirements.
Appendix A of this standard provides the main technical parameters of some working machines, which are only for the primary mechanical type reference. In specific assignments
Product catalogs or product specifications for various machine types are still required.
B. in Appendix B of this standard. 1 and B. 2 introduced the calculation method of traction resistance of some working machines, according to the public in Appendix B
The traction resistance and the total traction resistance can be calculated, and the power matching can be performed according to the magnitude of the resistance and the traction utilization factor. move
The specific product model of the force, once determined, can be revised to calculate the traction, and then the calculation of power utilization. At B. 1 and B. 2 various systems
The number is for reference only, and it needs to be revised according to the natural conditions such as local soil and water content. B in Appendix B. 4 sprinkler irrigation system
The matching calculation of (machine) is only the supporting calculation under normal circumstances, and it is still necessary to combine local land conditions and natural circulation in the specific assignment work.
The environment is revised.
Appendix A, Appendix B, Appendix C and Appendix D of this standard are informative annexes.
This standard is proposed and managed by the National Forestry Machinery Standardization Technical Committee.
This standard was drafted by Harbin Forestry Machinery Research Institute, from Beijing Forestry University, Nanjing Forestry University, Heilongjiang Province Forest Industry Bureau, Guang
