1 Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, model designation, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs,
Instructions, packaging, transportation and storage.
This standard applies to primary color specimens of brown algae used in primary and secondary schools.

3 Product classification and model designation
3.1 The products are classified according to their production methods. brown algae plant original color coated specimens, brown algae plant primary color immersion specimens, brown algae plant primary color

3.2 The composition and form of the product model follow the provisions of JY/T 0026-1991, as follows.
SB ― HEY ― M/J/BM ― 4
Product specifications, 4 means 4 kinds
Product feature code and process feature are M, J or BM, where M stands for film,
J means dipping, BM means embedding
The pinyin prefix of the product name is HEY, which means "brown algae"
The classification code of the product model is SB
Model example 1. SB-HEY-M-4, which represents a brown algae plant primary color coated specimen including 4 specimens.
Model example 2. SB-HEY-J-4, which indicates that the brown algae plant was immersed in primary colors including 4 specimens.
Model example 3. SB-HEY-BM-4, which means that the brown algae plant's primary color embedded specimen including 4 specimens.
4 Requirements
4.1 The product shall consist of four types of brown algae representative plant specimens such as kelp. In addition to kelp, at least wakame, antlers, sargassum,

4.2 The specimens should be complete in shape and not less than 120 mm in length, which can clearly show the basic elements such as the "leaf", handle and anchors that make up the algae.

4.3 When the product is a coated specimen, it shall comply with the provisions of 10.11 in JY/T 0001-2003. Specimens are positioned at least 297 mm × 210 mm

There must be no wrinkles. The film should be clean and transparent, and the appearance of the product should meet the requirements of 7.1 and 7.7 in JY/T 0001-2003.
4.4 When the product is an impregnated specimen, it should conform to 10.1 ~ 10.5 in JY/T 0001-2003, 1.1, 1.2, 1.4, JY/T 143-1982,
3.1 ~ 3.5, 3.7, 3.10, 4.5 requirements.
4.5 When the product is an embedded specimen, the specimen is embedded and fixed in a resin material that can evenly accommodate its display. The embedding material should be clean and transparent.
The view should meet the requirements of 7.1 and 7.7 in JY/T 0001-2003.
4.6 The specimens should be arranged neatly, and the distance between the outermost edges of the specimens should not be less than 20 mm.
The edge is not less than 20 mm, and the outermost edge of the embedded specimen is not less than 5 mm from the edge of the embedded block.
4.7 Each specimen shall be marked with a name or number tag at the position directly below it. The name or number should be clearly written, and the labeling should be accurate, straight, and firm.

4.8 The product shall also comply with the relevant provisions of Chapter 10 of JY/T 0001.
5 Test method
5.1 The thickness of the film in 4.3 of this standard shall be tested with a vernier caliper with a graduation value of 0.02 mm. For other dimensions, a graduation value of 1 mm shall be used.

6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection, type inspection and quality supervision spot inspection.
6.2 Inspection items
The inspection items and methods of factory inspection and type inspection are shown in Table 1.

6.3 Sampling method
6.3.1 During the factory inspection, all the inspection items shall be inspected first, and the sampling inspection items shall be inspected among the qualified products.
6.3.2 The samples for type inspection shall be taken from the products that passed the factory inspection.
6.3.3 The sampling methods for factory inspection and type inspection shall be in accordance with JY/T 0002.
6.4 Non-conformance determination
6.4.1 The failure criterion of a single sample is in accordance with JY/T 0002.
6.4.2 When inspecting all the inspection items, it shall be determined according to the unqualified criterion of a single sample.
6.4.3 In this standard, 4.1 to 4.7 are the main performance indicators.

According to the relevant requirements of JY/T 0002.
