This standard specifies the naming, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of transparent liquid container instruments

3 Classification and naming
3.1 Naming rules
The composition and form of the product model follow the provisions of JY/T 0026-1991.
3.2 Model Nomenclature
The name of the transparent container is.

4 Requirements
4.1 Conditions of use
Temperature. 1 ℃ ~ 40 ℃.
Used with L-YNY-G-300 liquid internal pressure experiment instrument.
4.2 Dimensions
4.2.1 The height of the transparent liquid container shall be 300 mm ± 5 mm.
4.2.2 The outer diameter of the bottom of the transparent liquid holding cylinder is not less than 110 mm, and the inclination of the cylinder is not more than 1 °.
4.2.3 The wall thickness of the transparent container is not less than 1.5 mm. The edge of the tube opening should be thickened to 2.5 mm ± 0.5 mm, and the edge height should be 4 mm ~
5 mm.
4.2.4 A base should be attached. The height of the base is not less than 50 mm, the diameter of the bore is not less than 115 mm, and the diameter of the base chassis is not less than.200 mm.
4.3 scale
4.3.1 The body of the transparent liquid container shall be marked with a scale indicating the depth of the water.
The zero of the scale should be 20 mm to 30 mm below the opening. The scale should conform to a length of not less than 250 mm and a minimum graduation value of 1 mm.
Use long lines at every 10 mm and mark the number of centimeters. The 250 mm cumulative error should not be greater than 1 mm.
4.3.2 The scale should be machined directly on the cylinder wall, and the scale position should be on the shaft section of the cylinder. Marking lines and numbers should be uniform and clear

4.4 Materials
The material of the transparent liquid container and the base should be colorless and transparent, and the light transmittance should not be less than 90%.
4.5 Appearance and workmanship

4.6 Environmental test
According to 3.1 Table 2 in JY/T 0213-1994, the drop height is 1 m, and the free fall test without packaging.
5 Test method
5.1 Length
5.1.1 Length measurement
Use a vernier caliper with a division value of 0.02 mm and a steel ruler with a division value of 1 mm.
5.1.2 Thickness measurement
Method for measuring the wall thickness of the transparent liquid container. Use a vernier caliper with an index value of 0.02 mm, and an inner card and an outer card to measure the bottom of the tube mouth.
The outer diameter and inner diameter of the same part of the square tube, and then calculate the wall thickness according to formula (1).

5.1.3 Tube outer diameter measurement
The measuring method of the outer diameter of the transparent liquid cylinder is to measure the outer diameter of the open cylinder and the outer diameter of the bottom of the cylinder with a vernier caliper and an outer card with a graduation value of 0.02 mm

5.1.4 Base diameter measurement
The method for measuring the inner diameter of the base is to measure the inner diameter of the base opening with a vernier caliper and an inner card with a graduation value of 0.02 mm.
5.1.5 Cylinder demolding slope
Measure the outer diameter of the mouth of the cylinder (excluding the side) and the outer diameter of the bottom, and then calculate it according to formula (3).

5.2 Scale position and division
Measuring method of scale position on the axial section of the barrel. Place the barrel on the platform and measure with a square ruler with a measuring surface length of not less than 315 mm
Measure so that the upper end of the ruler is within the measuring surface of the square ruler, the diameter of the cylinder passing through the upper end of the ruler is perpendicular to the measuring surface of the square ruler, and the other end of the ruler is off the right
The distance of the measuring surface of the ruler shall not be greater than 4 mm.
The scale shall be compared with a steel ruler with a division value of 1 mm and shall comply with 4.3.1.
5.3 Tube transparent condition
According to 7.1 of GB/T 2410-2008, or compare with new polystyrene vessels. When in dispute, follow GB/T 2410-2008
The method in 7.1 is the arbitration method.
5.4 Appearance, craftsmanship and structure
Based on sensory inspection, it should meet 4.5.
5.5 Environmental test
When the transparent liquid container is not filled with water, it drops freely on the concrete floor from a height of 1m above the ground, and the tube body should not crack or damage.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection, type inspection and quality supervision inspection.
6.2 Inspection items and inspection methods

6.3 Lot rules and sampling methods
6.3.1 The factory inspection shall be batched according to the natural batch of delivery, and the type inspection shall be batched according to the stock array.
6.3.2 When leaving the factory for inspection, inspect all the inspection items first, take samples from the qualified products of all inspection items, and inspect the items for sampling inspection.
6.3.3 The sampling method for factory inspection and type inspection is according to JY/T 0002.
6.4 Non-conformance determination
6.4.1 The failure criterion of a single sample is JY/T 0002.
6.4.2 The main technical indicators of this standard are items 1, 2, 4, and 6 in Table 1.
6.5 Review rules
6.5.1 Unqualified batches and products can be submitted for inspection again after rework.
6.5.2 If the cause of the batch disqualification is a sampling inspection item, the item is changed to a full inspection during the re-inspection.
