Introduction

This specification is prepared in accordance with JJF 1071-2010 "Rules for the Preparation of National Metrology Calibration Specifications", JJF 1001 Measurement Terms and Definitions, JJF 1059.1-2012 "Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation and Representation" together constitute the support of this regulation The basic series of specifications for the revision work. This specification is a revision of JJG69-1990 "High-frequency Q standard coil (trial) verification procedures, and Compared with JJG69-1990, in addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes of this specification are as follows. --- Added explanations and definitions of terminology (see 2); --- Revised the metering characteristics (see 4); --- Revised the range of "ambient temperature" and "environmental relative humidity" in the calibration conditions (see 5.1); --- Revised the contents of metering equipment for metering and calibration (see 5.2); ---Detailed the operation method in the original procedure (see 6.2); --- Modified calibration original record and certificate reference format (see Appendix A, Appendix B); --- Added an example of uncertainty assessment (see Appendix C). The release of previous versions of this specification is. ---JJG69-1990. High frequency Q value standard coil calibration specification

1 Scope

This specification applies to the calibration of various types of high frequency Q standard coils with a frequency range of 22 kHz to 50 MHz.

2 terms and units of measure

2.1 Quality factor qualityfactor The ratio of the energy stored in the winding to the energy lost per cycle at a particular frequency, denoted by the symbol Q, referred to as Q value. Note. The Q value is often expressed as the ratio of the reactance component to the consuming resistance component in the series or parallel model equivalent. 2.2 Q value standard coil Qstandardcoilset A set of gauges for calibrating the high-frequency Q-table Q-value measurement error is to simplify the Q-table calibration method at different resistances Typical "measurement object" designed for resistance (eg Q, L value) and performance of fixed-point assessment techniques in the frequency range. 2.3 calibration with Q value standard coil calibrationQstandardcoilset After calibration by the superior metrology technical organization, the calibration value is used to measure the high-frequency Q-value standard coil measurement result. A set of standard instruments that are modified. 2.4 high frequency Q table highfrequencyQ-meter Basic parts such as signal source, signal source coupling element, tuning capacitor, signal monitor and resonant indication voltmeter A device or instrument that combines the Q value of the Q-value coil of an inductive component under test.

3 Overview

The high-frequency Q-value standard coil is a set of standard gauges made by winding an insulated wire evenly around the insulating tube. Used to calibrate the Q measurements of the high frequency Q meter.

4 Measurement characteristics

Working frequency. 22kHz~50MHz; Q value. 50~400 (varies with different test frequency and inductance); Maximum allowable error. ±(2~4)% (22kHz~10MHz); ±(4~20)%(10MHz~50MHz).

5 Calibration conditions

5.1 Environmental conditions 5.1.1 Ambient temperature. (23 ± 5) °C. 5.1.2 Relative humidity. < 70%. 5.1.3 AC power supply voltage. (220 ± 11) V; (50 ± 1) Hz. 5.2 Calibration equipment 5.2.1 High frequency Q value measuring device
