To implement the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, reduce the environmental impact of heavy-duty vehicles in production, use and scrapping
And the impact of human health, improve environmental quality, and develop this standard.
This standard puts forward corresponding requirements for heavy vehicle pollutant discharge, energy consumption, recycling and reuse, and automobile coating production.
This standard is the first release.

1 Scope of application
This standard specifies the basic requirements, technical contents and inspection methods for environmentally-friendly products of heavy-duty vehicles.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1 Heavy-duty vehicles Heavy-duty vehicles
Refers to Class M and Class N vehicles with a maximum total mass of more than 3,500 kg. The definition of Class M and Class N vehicles is in accordance with GB/T 15089.
3.2 M1, M2, M3, N2 and N3 cars
M1, M2, M3, N2 and N3 cars [GB/T 15089 definition]
The M1 class refers to a passenger vehicle that includes no more than nine seats, including the driver's seat.
The M2 class refers to a passenger car with more than nine seats including the driver's seat and a maximum total mass of 5000kg.

The M3 class refers to a passenger vehicle with more than nine seats including the driver's seat and a maximum total mass of more than 5000kg.
Class N2 refers to a cargo vehicle with a maximum total mass of more than 3,500 kg but not exceeding 12,000 kg.

3.3 Maximum Total Mass (GVM) Gross Vehicle Mass
Refers to the maximum technically permissible quality proposed by the automobile manufacturer.
3.4 Recoverability rate
Percentage (mass percentage) of vehicle mass that can be recycled and/or reused in new vehicles [GB/T 19515
definition].
3.5 Recyclability rate
Percentage of mass (% by mass) of vehicles that can be reused and/or reused in new vehicles [GB/T 19515
definition].
4 basic requirements
4.1 Products should meet the requirements of national mandatory standards and related standards.
4.2 The pollutant discharge of the product shall comply with the requirements of national or local pollutant discharge standards.
4.3 Product manufacturers should adopt clean production processes and meet the requirements of relevant standards.
5 Technical content
5.1 Exhaust pollutants
5.1.1 Automotive exhaust pollutants installed in compression ignition and gas fuel ignition engines shall comply with the current implementation stage of GB 17691.
The requirements of the next phase.
5.1.2 Gasoline vehicle exhaust pollutants should meet the requirements of the next phase of the current implementation phase of GB 14762.
5.2 Noise
5.2.1 Accelerating the noise outside the car
Acceleration outside the vehicle noise should not exceed the limits specified in Table 1.

5.2.2 In-vehicle noise at a constant speed
The 50km/h uniform speed of a Class M car should not exceed 69dB(A).
In-vehicle noise of 50km/h in a Class N car should not exceed 75dB(A).
5.3 Fuel consumption
The fuel consumption of Class M vehicles should meet the requirements of Phase II of JT 711.
The fuel consumption of Class N vehicles should meet the requirements of Phase II of JT 719.
5.4 Recyclability and Recyclability
Recyclability and recyclability should not be lower than those specified in Table 2.

5.5 Painting and cleaning
The technical level of paint cleaning production level should reach the level of HJ/T 293.
6 Test methods
6.1 The technical content of 5.1.1 is tested in accordance with the method specified in GB 17691.
The technical content of 5.1.2 is tested in accordance with the method specified in GB 14762.
6.2 The technical content 5.2.1 is tested in accordance with the method specified in GB 1495.
The technical content 5.2.2 is tested in accordance with the method specified in GB/T 18697.
6.3 Detection of technical content 5.3 Class M vehicles are carried out in accordance with the method specified in JT 711, and Class N vehicles are in accordance with JT 719.

6.4 The calculation of technical content 5.4 shall be carried out in accordance with the method specified in GB/T 19515.
