This standard replaces GB/T 4294-1997 "aluminum hydroxide."
This standard compared with GB/T 4294-1997, the main changes are as follows.
--- Canceled AH-3 grades;
--- Grade AH-1 labeling requirements for the production of raw materials used as a dry aluminum fluoride, namely "water (water attached) ≤6%, less than 45μm
The mass fraction of the particle size ≤15% ";
--- Grade AH-2 in the Fe2O3 content ≤0.03% to ≤0.02%, Na2O ≤0.5% by the content to ≤0.40%;
--- Loss on ignition (LOI) by the ≤35% change (34.5 ± 0.5)%;
--- Moisture (water attached) by a ≤14% to ≤12%;
--- Increased heavy metal elements periodic monitoring and analysis requirements, namely w (Cd Hg Pb Cr6 As) ≤0.010%.
