1 Scope
This standard defines common and basic terms and definitions in cyber-physical systems.
This standard applies to the conceptual understanding and information exchange of cyber-physical systems in the manufacturing sector.
2 Terms and definitions
2.1
Physical entity
Things that exist objectively, have certain attributes that can be distinguished, and can be perceived but do not depend on perception to exist.

Cyberobject
Digital description and modeling of the form, function, mechanism, and operating status of physical entities.
2.3
Physicalspace
The space containing physical entities such as people, equipment, materials, process/methods, and environment in the entire manufacturing process.

Cyberspace
The space for information creation, storage, modification, exchange and utilization through electromagnetic spectrum, electronic systems, network facilities, etc.
Note 1.The electromagnetic spectrum is mainly used for remote control and information carrying, electronic systems are mainly used for calculation, and network facilities are mainly used for interconnection.
Note 2.The connotation of information space is equivalent to cyberspace.

The process of obtaining various data such as physical entity form, state and physical space environment through sensing equipment.
